At MFTE Christopher Hobbs said that due to sustainability issues he is moving away from Boswellia for arthritis. His statement was that Rosmarinic acid (esp high in Spearmint?) was as effective an anti-inflammatory. What do you think and how would we incorporate that into a triune?

He said: Spearmint cannot replace Boswellia, but you have many other herbs that are effective antiinflammatories such as Turmeric, Gotu Kola, Bupleurum, Sarsaparilla, Teasel root, ……….. use them instead
