Would like to know pt.'s age of menopause; menstrual history (past); location of low back pain - buttocks, spine, greater trochanter, SI jt.? Thank you,

Sorry T - I didn't see this....he wouldn't have known, though. He has the same information as everybody else when the case is submitted..... Eileen
