Anti-coagulants other than Warfarin

Hi David, Is Warfarin the anticoagulant that has the lowest therapeutic index, or are other anticoagulants just as risky? For instance, would Xarelto be considered similar in terms of herb/drug interactions as Warfarin? Thanks, Amanda
