Understanding When to Use a Kidney Trophorestorative

I'm trying to understand when it is appropriate to use a kidney trophorestorative. Obviously, it would be appropriate with kidney disease, but what about kidney-related diseases like diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis? Thank you!

For RA not usually, unless there is obvious kidney involvement, for Diabetes they may be used preventively especially if there are early indications of decreased Kidney function.
