treating fractures prophylactically

Hello David, In last week's case history (VB on March 29th) you were discussing VB's multiple fractures and mentioned that if a fracture is not treated prophylactically, one can develop traumatic arthritis in 10-20 years. Could you explain how to treat a fracture so that this doesn't happen? You briefly mentioned dit dat jows and "repairing channels" but I wonder if you could expound a bit more on this. Many thanks. d
