Tongue diagnosis : puffy at tip

In going over LO's triune this week, you called the puffy tip of the tongue "heart qi stagnation." Last week, you called it "heart blood stagnation." Could you clarify please? Thank you! Donna

qi and blood are linked, I do not think LO s tongue shows heart qi stagnation, I may have misspoke ?, more heart blood stagnation
