Seeking opinion: should one get COVID vaccine if you have autoimmune disease?

I believe someone else asked about this last night and I said that it is theoretically possible that the vaccine could trigger an autoimmune flare. I have not seen any data showing this is occurring and would look to the medical authorities for more information. I am not an expert on vaccines and autoimmunity.
