Mtn Rose may do all this but I am not sure and haven't looked. Regarding your sushi shop - sure you can ask. It helps build awareness. In Japan this is a huge contentious issue with the Fukushima contamination continuing to threaten the seafood industry and fishermen's livelihoods. My guess is that your sushi shop will assure you that it is all clean and there is nothing to worry about. If they don't give you the actual source that is not anything you can trust. If you're eating that on occasion and are otherwise healthy, it is no big deal (I think we can worry about everything and shut down!). But if you're eating that sushi every day or even a few times a week, it begins to matter...
