For Rich or David...Is Winter King Hawthorn (carataegus viridis) a recommended species for hawthorn berries to tincture? If not, which one is optimal for the berries. Which (if any) species of ashwagandha is best for making plant medicines from. Do you have resources of where to purchase quality organic or biodynamic seeds/plants?

No, Winter King Hawthorn is not a recommended species. There is only one species of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). You can get seeds from Strictly Medicinals.
