Qing Pi vs. Zhi Shi

Hi David, looking over the MM sheet for Chen Pi and this question came up for me....what would be the difference between the green, unripe peel (Qing Pi) and the immature orange fruit (Zhi Shi)? It seems like an immature orange would be a green orange. Or is the Zhi Shi the actual fruit and not the peel? Thank you for clarifying, Jessa

Zhi Shi is the entire immature fruit, not just the peel.
