Hi David. In "Adaptogens" you say that you combine Polygala with fresh oat, bacopa, ashwagandha, skullcap, chaste tree or lobelia to help relieve cravings, anxiety and irritability associated with drug withdrawal. Could you share the specific parts of the formula? Also, what kind of dose would you use for most people? Should Polygala not be used long term? Thank you!

It is not a formula, those are herbs I tend to use depending on the person and the drug they are withdrawing from. For instance Chaste tree is only for opiates. Chinese Polyagala is used in small amount aw part of a larger formula and and yes it can be used long-term if needed. The dose depends on what is in your formula, the persons weight, constitution, age, etc.
