Can Tall Nettle, Urtica procera, be used interchangeably with Urtica dioica? It wasn’t mentioned in the materia medica, so I just wanted to double check.

I am not sure, i am unfamiliar with that species and there is little history of using it that I am aware of. Most of the information listed for it is really on U. dioica, with people assuming they are interchangeable, whether that is true is another issue.
