myrrh for sinusitis

Hi David... In what form would you use myrrh for sinusitis as a nasal douche? I have never made a decoction of myrrh and worry it would coat the inside of the sinuses like the tincture coats the teeth. thank you! Sonia

It is made as a decoction and it does not coat the sinuses like the tincture does the teeth, the decoction does not extract alcohol soluble resins like alcohol does.
