metabolic syndrome formulas

Is there a best time of day to take a metabolic syndrome formula? 15 min before meals like bitters? Does it matter whether you take before or after a meal or should it be spaced in between? Thanks!!

That would depend to some degree on what is in the formula. If it is herbs that inhibit alpha glucosidase, then yes taking with a meal or just after a meal would be useful, I think that might in general be the best time to take herbs for MetS.
