David What herbs would you feel comfortable with using in infants (say 6 mo+) and toddlers long-term to support and build the immune system? For example if there are recurring URI-s and ear infections. I’m thinking astragalus, echinacea, elderberry and supportive vitamins and minerals like Zn, VIT C, D, A. Thank you

I think any of these would be acceptable. For ear infections, no dairy, increase zinc and Vitamin C, avoid second hand smoke and I use Echinacea and Eyebright orally and H & A’s ear oil in the ear.
