Huang Qin / Baikal Skullcap in vasculitis

David Though it is now mentioned on the monograph, I’m thinking that baikal skullcap may be of use in autoimmune vasculitis-related purpura manifesting as red dotes on one’s skin; Since it’s an immune regulatory herb + used in reckless blood conditions + used in vascular conditions. What are your thoughts on this?
