If TSH (5.34),FT4(1.66),FT3(3.70),TPO(9),Thyroglobulin less than 1.0 with TSH that has ranged from 2.64-5.51-3.86-5.53 in 4 years do you look at as Hashi or Hypothyroid? Reverse T3 (15.2 ). Just trying to distinguish Hypothyroid from Hashimoto‘s for correct treatment protocol. Thank you!

To me these numbers suggest a hypothyroid condition but not caused by an autoimmune condition (so it could be a deficiency in Iodine, selenium, zinc), exposure to iodine antagonists (fluoride, chlorine, bromine) or problems converting T4 to T3. But since their rT3 number is normal, that is not likely the problem..
