How often do you find this to be an issue with your clients? (not asking for an exact number just what your impression is) It seems like some practitioners take it to an extreme and take everyone off of gluten whether it's necessary or not, but it does seem like an important issue for a good number of people. Thank you

in a study of people with self-identified gluten intolerance , 14% of the people actually had non-celiac gluten intolerance. So it is real, but wildly overstated. If someone has Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis gluten elimination is important, for people with chronic GI issues it is always worth eliminating gluten to see if it helps. Beyond those issues, it is mostly not necessary in my opinion.
