For Wendy: Cortisol Steal

Hi Wendy, I was telling my husband, who is a nurse, about cortisol steal and he was skeptical. He said he looked it up and couldn't find any scientific papers on it. I then looked on line and there are a lot of sites negating it. Are there any peer review papers on it you could pass on? Or do you have any comments to the nay sayers? It makes so much sense to me...but....???. Thank you, Jessa
