For Rich: Salicylate allergy?

Hi Rich, how did the two people you know where were allergic to salicylates find something like that out? Was it under your care they discovered it and if so by what means? Or did they come to you knowing that? How did they know and what were their reactions? Thank you! Jessa

Rich said: I wasn't the one who figured it out, in both cases the person already knew about it. The symptoms were mainly stomach upset but I believe headaches also may have come into play. I am not sure how they initially found out - sorry I can't be of more help on this! It is fairly uncommon.
