Hi David,
You taught us that feeling very tired and sleepy about an hour or two after eating was a sign of reactive hypoglycemia.
A friend of mine mentioned that she often feels extremely cold in her extremities (hands, feet, tip of nose, ears) about an hour after eating. Would that also be a sign of reactive hypoglycemia?
Or what else could cause this and are there any herbs that could help (taking her energetic into consideration, of course)? I was thinking of warming, circulatory stimulants. Maybe simply adding warm “spices” like ginger (or even some cayenne if she’d be ok with hot tastes) to the food?
Thank you very much,
Annette
