Hi David, I formulated BD2's triune as if she was staying on the prozac and seroquel, so only gave mild anxiolytics and barely touched that area. Don't fully understand...was your idea to give her anxiolytics and see if her anxiety got better and then she could talk to her doctor and tell them she wanted to decrease the pharmaceuticals, then she could come back to you (assuming you were treating her) and up the dose of the anxiolytics in the triune or add even more and different ones to replace the meds as she weaned off? There is no issue using mild to moderate anxiolytics with Prozac (which is an antidepressant) and I was only concerned about strong sedatives with the low dose Seroquel, which she is trying to wean off of.
