Wondering if these herbs would be safe for a pregnant woman who wants to strengthen her immune system during the winter months? Thank you

Both are believed to be safe during pregnancy, but Astragalus is better for nourishing the immune system, as would be mushrooms like Maitake/Hen of the Woods. Echinacea is more for stimulating the immune system when exposed to a cold or influenza, rather than long term daily use
