Hi! Wondering if you have any general advice for supporting someone weaning off an SSRI. They are weaning independently of me under care of their physician so I'm not the one doing the titration schedule etc. But they're experiencing vertigo, dizziness and low mood. I'm first wondering if it would be appropriate for me to offer supportive care at this point in my education/ knowledge. And if so, any general advice would be much appreciated. Thanks, B

Mood elevating teas, such as Lemon Balm, Rose petals, Holy Basil, Lavender, Rosemary, etc would be useful, a nervine or two like Linden flower and adding in a tincture or glycerine of Fresh Oat would be a lovely supportive formula.
