Hi Wendy,
If I may add to the Vitamin D question here: Last class you said regarding the obese teen with low Vitamin D levels that you would use larger doses since some of it would be stored in the fat cells and would not be in the blood stream respectively available to be used by the body. I was wondering, when an obese person then would for whatever reason - illness, diet, etc. - loose quite a bit of weight in a short period of time, if this would lead to a sudden release of the vitamin D that was stored in the fat cells, and if this could be compromising to their health (and could possibly be avoided by a certain protocol or be counteracted somehow)?
Thank you very much, I am fascinated by your lectures and enjoy them so much. Thanks for sharing all your wisdom with us.
