Whooping Cough

Currently the territory I live in has an outbreak of Whooping Cough. Just out of curiosity I am wondering the best herbal approach for healing and / or preventing pertussis ? I know this is quite a serious illness.

I am honestly curious about both treatment for adults and children. Yes ! Most are vaccinated here - some are not.
