Hi David,
I’ve reviewed the tea formulas you provided in the earlier case history’s feed back, like way back when. In general it looks like you use between 6 -7 herbs in the formulas. I understand why you used certain herbs, what I don’t understand is the rational for the proportions you are using, but I can make something up.
1) For example, are you basing the amount of the herb, in parts of the whole formula, on the tea decoction directions in the MM sheets? For example herb A the MM indicates to use 1-2 tsp, herb B 1 tsp per 8 Oz water. So if I wanted to use these 2 herbs in a tea I’d use 2 parts herb A and 1 part herb B in 8 Oz of water. Is that about right? Or
2) do you combine all the herbs in the indicated proportions, then use some amount of the mix / 8oz of water or a quart or gallon or how ever much you want to make up for the day.
3) If it is the later, combine all the herbs then use, how do you determine the amount of the mixture to use for say a quart or a cup/8oz?
