Do you ever see people present with hot and cold arthritis in different parts of the body? (Ie hot in the knee and cold in the neck)

David said: It is possible but unusual. But in TCM Bi syndrome can have multiple presentation wind/cold/damp bi pain, cold bi, heat bi, deficiency bi (false heat caused by yin deficiency for instance), blood and qi stasis bi. So yes someone can have more than one of these.
