Hi David, When choosing an alterative for a formula for someone with allergic rhinitis, would a lymphagogue be most appropriate? Thanks, Myriam

David said: Not necessarily, I would probably use an alterative that is also an immunoregulatory herb, like Gotu Kola, which also inhibits inflammation or Lian Qiao which inhibits allergic response.
