Can the leaf and bark of Witch Hazel be used interchangeably in tincture form when used for uterine bleeding? This would be in formula with other appropriate herbs? Or is one better than the other for this purpose? Thank you!

I believe the leaf moves blood more than the bark, the bark is slightly more astringent, but yes they can both be used similarly. For Ovarian bleeding I would consider Yarrow, Shepherds Purse and Witch Hazel. Tienqi is the best but getting it without the nasty pesticides and the contaminants is very difficult
