This month's case--Jami--and her blood pressure

Hi, Andrew or David--Jami's blood pressure has been dangerously high for a long time. She hopes to avoid medication for it, but I don't know of any herbs that would do the job when blood pressure is that high. What are your thoughts? Thank you! Joyce Stahmann

It is not dangerously high and herbs should be very useful.
