Hi, David--I worked with a dozen people who were suffering from Covid, using Sam Coffman's formulas. I have kept in touch with all but 2 of these people, and none had medium Covid. I'm curious about your experience--do you think the herbs can ward off these types of complications? Thanks for all!

Not everyone develops medium COVID, so it is hard to know how successful herbal therapies are for prevention. I personally believe they offer signifiant protection but that is based on limited experience. Long COVID is another story as I have treated a good number of people with long COVID and seen improvement in the majority of them. What does Sam Coffman recommend, I am not familiar with his approach ?

Here are links to the three formulas I have used, though most people only need one or two of them: https://herbalfirstaidgear.com/product/respiratory-syrup/ https://herbalfirstaidgear.com/product/rc-formula/ https://herbalfirstaidgear.com/product/rc2-formula-bounce-back/

Yes, I am using herbs/diet/supplements to prevent medium COVID complications and treat long COVID with seemingly good results. Obviously the is not a clinical trial, but overall I think it is making a signifiant difference. I will be on a panel at the SWCBM to present my experience in March. I will not argue with success, but honestly these do not impress me, they seem geared to the original COVID, not what I am seeing now, and not Long COVID at all.

Yes, almost everyone I worked with had the original or Delta strain. I had one other person with neurologic long Covid symptoms, and you helped me with that one! Thanks!

Hi, David--back to the issue of the current Covid variants. If someone has lots of head and body pain, fatigue, and bronchitis, give me an example of the herbs you would use. I know anti-inflammatory herbs and herbs for pain (maybe recommend any you particularly like for this), herbs like Andrographis that work against viruses, and lung/bronchial support. What about herbs to prevent damage to the cardiovascular system? People who have had the vaccinations and boosters seem to be coming out of the new strains ok, but not everyone has had these. Thanks for all, Joyce Stahmann

Describe the pain, I use the herbs that are appropriate for the type of pain and the location of the pain - sore, painful muscles Black Cohosh, dull, throbbing pain - Horse Chestnut, etc. For fatigue mostly adaptogens, which ones depends on the specifics of the case and the persons energetics and constitution. For the bronchitis is it hot/damp, cold/damp, cold/dry, hot/dry? Is there wind ? To protect the heart _Hawthorn, Dang Gui, Gotu Kola, Astragalus
