Have you ever known anyone with low blood sugar (hahaha)? This person is complaining of post-COVID symptoms including head fullness (not really pain; just restricted/full). Affects ears too. Mild nausea (not really full-on nausea but just a feeling in her belly) on and off throughout the day (perhaps more after eating than at other times but not obviously so and not a nervous stomach). Tight neck; significant fatigue (can work out but does not have her vitality). Throat has feeling of almost getting sick. Jitteriness physically is somewhat better and now is more like overall irritability. She recently had bloodwork done and her blood sugar is low and her HbA1c is also low. (This person was vegan but has started eating fish and eggs in the past few weeks with no significant improvement and B12 is oddly high). Do you think the low blood sugar would have anything to do with her symptoms, and if so, what do we suggest to someone with low blood sugar who eats a healthy diet? Thank you!!!!!!

This is hard to answer there is a lot going on. I doubt the low blood sugar is directly related to most of the post COVID symptoms, although it could be a post COVID symptom as well. The one symptom that could be related to low blood sugar is the jitteriness. As for dealing with low blood sugar eating smaller but more frequent meals, complex carbohydrates, may help.
