Greetings, David! Is Ascorbyl Palmitate one of the ingredients in zinc that can make it bio-unavailable? It is listed as Ascorbyl Palmitate (fat-soluble vitamin C), 4 mg. (Not sure if this counts as either sorbitol or citric acid?) Also, the product I am looking at is in capsule form…not sure if the caution only applies to lozenges (don't see why it would but just making sure!) Thank you very much. Donna S.

No, ascorbyl palmitate is not sorbital or Ascorbic acid, so there should not be an issue.
