Thank you for sharing your experiences with us and I feel so privileged to learn from you. What is your take on progesterone cream for menopausal women? From what I could gather from your talk on Tuesday, menopausal women lack both estrogen and progesterone, hence they've not mensturated in the defined 1 year and are in menopause. I have had gynocologists and other physicians recommend progesterone cream for ladies in menopause. Any thoughts? Some people say that a skin-applied cream works best because it doesn't go through the liver directly as oral progesterone would. Also, since menopausal women make less testosterone would a cream form help them as well? So appreciate your wisdom here, Nina :)
