Hi David and teachers!
I have two questions about bladderwrack that I thought of when I was listening to the recordings that I did not think of where we were in the class.
First, how would you use it topically to utilize the gel inside of the bladder in similar ways you would use aloe for burns as you mentioned? Does it have to be fresh or can it be dried and then reconstituted? If dried it’s OK to use, is it made into a gel, so to speak, in the same way I would repair Irish sea moss, or is it just made into a tea in the form of the decoction?
Second, I was thinking about bladderwrack and palatability and ways to be able to extract the beneficial minerals from the seaweed. Would bladder wrack be able to be extracted into apple cider vinegar and taken daily as a food medicine?
Thanks so much for your responses
