David, I was wondering if you (or anyone else) got good results from testing body temperature to determine thyroid function? It was briefly mentioned in the last class - related to thyroid testing - and I have heard of the concept before but I was hoping to learn a little more about how you do it? and how reliable the results are? Regards, Stephen

It is not diagnostic in itself, but if consistently low in the morning it can help confirm a diagnosis of hypothyroidism.
