More on ginseng

I have so many questions about ginseng--here are 2. In our last case study, JM, why did you choose white Asian ginseng over American ginseng? Second question: if ginseng is 1/6 or 1/9 part of a triune and seems to be working well, how long would you continue it before taking a break? Thank you!

I wanted something more nourishing , so I chose White Asian Ginseng, rather than American Ginseng. Either would be fine. I would not use Red Ginseng for JM as she often feels hot. I would have her on that formula for 4-6 months depending on how she responded
