David, Off the top of your head are there herbs that block COX2 pathways beyond cramp bark and wild yam? Thanks, Laura

Where did you hear/read that Cramp Bark and Wild Yam block COX2 pathways ? I do not believe I have ever seen evidence of that. Here is a paper on the topic with some herbs that do _ Boswellia, Turmeric, Green Tea, etcNatural Anti-Inflammatory Agents for Pain Relief
