Hi David, I have a very close friend in the hospital right now on a ventilator through a tracheotomy and with a feeding tube. She is having trouble breathing. The doctors are not diagnosing her with anything in particular. It looks like ALS but no medical professional has diagnosed her with ALS. Aside from her many issues, she has not lost her deep skin tan from being out in the sun during the summer. She would normally have lost her tan by now. Have you had any experience with patients not losing their tans or ae any inkling of a reason why someone wouldn't lose their tan? Thank you, Nina Edwards

David said: Are you sure it is a tan and not jaundice? If that is not the issue, I have no clue.
