Hi David- Can you give more clarification on using blue cohosh as the MM says it's best used short term. Would you ever use it as part of long-term formula at 1/36 part? Or is the recommended 1/18 to 1/36 part dosing applied to the short term use? When using short term, for ovarian pain, could it be used for a few days before ovulation each month? And in that case, would you have the client add a few drops to their long-term formula for a few days. For inflammatory arthritis of the small joints, would it only be added to the client's protocol when they were having a flare and what is the max number of days you would recommend using it? Thanks!

For inflammatory arthritis of the small joints, would it only be added to the client’s protocol when they were having a flare and what is the max number of days you would recommend using it? No, that would be long tern use at 1/36 part, for up to 3 months, giving cardioprotective herbs with it.
